Welcome to Medieval Marketer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing a report, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

2. What We Provide

We provide competitive intelligence reports for local businesses, including market rankings, reputation analysis, competitor comparisons, and prioritized action plans. Our reports are compiled from publicly available data sources, including business listings, customer reviews, and public-facing online presence information.

We also offer related services including Google Business Profile optimization, competitive monitoring, and Generative Engine Optimization ("GEO") consulting. Specific deliverables for each service are described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make the purchase.

4. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Once a payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and your report or service will be delivered as described on the product page.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis, upon request, and subject to our approval. To request a refund, contact support@medievalmarketer.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review each request individually and respond within five business days.

Refunds are most commonly granted when:

• A report contains material errors that we cannot correct
• A service was not delivered within the timeframe stated at purchase
• The customer was charged in error

Refunds are not typically granted for changes of mind after a report has been delivered, for dissatisfaction with findings that accurately reflect public data, or for business outcomes that result from acting on (or not acting on) the report's recommendations.

6. Account Access

Reports are delivered through a secure dashboard accessible via magic link or password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@medievalmarketer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, written content, branding, and software provided by Medieval Marketer are our intellectual property and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased report for your own business purposes. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute reports without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any business information you provide to us. By purchasing a report, you grant us a limited license to analyze and reference publicly available data about your business and your competitors solely to fulfill the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access reports or accounts that are not yours
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from our services
• Resell or redistribute our reports without permission
• Use our services to harass, defame, or harm any business or individual

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any report or service. 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medieval Marketer, Jonathan LeVeille, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access reports through our dashboard ends. You may continue to use any reports you have already downloaded for your own business purposes, subject to the intellectual property terms above.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
